First time buying skis

i'll be buying my first skis/boots/bindings/everything in the next few weeks and i was looking for some suggestions

i'll probably just be getting used or cheap equipment since it is my first pair of skis and my dad doesn't feel like dropping a ton of money

really i'm just wondering what are somethings i should look for?

be it a specific model or just some kind of quality in each product that makes it worth getting

Go K2 if your not looking to drop tons of money. Any of the k2 skis may be slightly more expensive than other brands but it will help if u ever damage them as they are the easiest to get taken care of.

Check out bluehouse skis they've got way legit prices and if you could ski on some182's their selling their antics tonight from midnight to 8 am for only 200$ check them out.

would get the skis on evo they have some crzy deals on last years skis and id go with either line or armada. you can go wrong either way

there are a few local places and i'm just gonna be choosing from those

any specific models to look for?

i'm basically a park rat but i'll want to ride the slopes too with my friends

k2 press is like $350 i think, it looks like a hella fun ski, the tip is really really soft for presses and butters.

buying skis and bindings is the easy part. For boots, used or not, I really recommend having a boot fitter size you up if you can. At least go to a local shop and try some different brands on to get an idea on sizing. Ski boots can make your day suck if they don't feel right.

this years silencers. like last years extremes but with all terrain rocker

line masterminds

line afterbangs

rossi s1

head blueberry-lemon/jo pro

+k to all

i've heard how important it is to have perfectly fitting boots so i'm definitely going to spend some time trying boots on

my rec is any model of the salomon dumonts paired with an spk boot. the skis are great park skis and they handle really well all around. message me if you got any questions
