First snow in Avoriaz, France

actually last year we also had good snow early in the alps....so i hope it will not snow much untill 1st of december, cause then we'll have an epic january and february and not like last year again!
 
This, I'll be out in the Alps all January, so I care the most about a good base and a shitload of pow in Jan. Other than that I don't care too much.
 
We did have a lot early last year but a lot of snow at the beginning isn't a sure sign that there'll be no snow for the rest of the season. Last year was a total fluke and we're supposed to feel some effect of america's amazing season last year.
 
last year i went to the alps for a week and it dumped all week while i was there then finished after i left. i felt pretty lucky ha ha
 
I keep checking the Portes du Soleil 360 webcam every day waiting for the snow to arrive and i'm currently working out in Australia!! you know your addicted to skiing when....
 
Why can't it snow in the beginning of autumn on the east coast of America? I wish I could ski year round.
 
last year the hinterux glacier in austria got fuck loads of snow in october. but the snow didnt continue throughout the season, anywhere.
