i can do them no problem on a tramp...i was thinking throwing it harder than normal and then just supermanning it until i feel like i need to complete my rotation?

theres no need to go hucking around the hill, an seting things harder. All tricks should be about timing and feel. You might want to wait untill a pow day just to be on the safe side, and im not talking 5in , wait untill thers a sweet foot or two. Dont forget you want a steep long landing. hit it a few times and get a feel for the air. make the jump so you have as much air time as on the tramp. before trying it fill in your bomb holes. then ask your mom and see if it ok, if she says its all good. then it should feel and be set the same way as on the tramp(Timed and controled). one would only set harder if the air time was less. CCCR . we good.....

Ya i was trying front flips today too, I got it my first try but then I kept under rotating to my back, how do you huck it faster? Just keep your head down throw it faster? Gah backflips are so much easier lol

You have to pop more, the reason you land on your back is because you're hucking it. You want a big pop, and you want to wait a little bit until you tuck it in and set your rotation. Its all about the pop.

the one foot take off is more for the ones off the knuckel . to speed it up make your hands slap your shins . but not to fast time it out and cccr

i tried this recently and failed miserably, broke my collarbone first try causing me to very annoyed at myself. i still want to learn them though! if anyone wants to help that would very much be appreciated

well, my attempts werent a great success but i didnt break anything *knock on wood*. So what i did was stagger my feet (i went right foot forward) and before the lip i sorta rock back lifting my leading foot(right foot), then go forward putting it down and popping (and hucking my arms and tucking).

hope that helps a bit.

try them into the pool flip forward away from the wall and feet shoulder width apart. when this works out for you 100 % of the time step it up a little higher and start working on your timeing wich is what all tricks are all about.cccr
