First Filming Editing Camera

So ive been searching around on here and see a lot of you guys have really expensive t2i's etc. But i found this one...a samsung hmx h200 full hd for 400. In my town someone has one for 200 and im planning on gettin it, since i want to learn how to edit etc. but dont have a lot of money and im not the best skiier-just for a fun hobby. Anyone have any expierence or review for this camera helpful tips for me when i get it? Post up +k thanks!

i havent looked anything up about that camera but, if you're shooting skiing, you'll probably want to do some slow mo, which practically requires 60p recording, which im assuming that doesnt offer at that price. also "full hd" does not mean superb image quality. if you want to come down the path of editing and filming, be prepared to invest a bit more then 200 dollars. but that does sound like a decent deal.
