First Drop Hoodies?

hey guys. so i preordered a first drop hoodie. i was so stoked to get it but... where is it!?!? anyone else not have theirs yet? im from NH. but still, they were supposed to ship dec. 23
 
People need to stop making these threads. They're a brand new company and they don't have everything figured out; something probably went wrong that they didn't expect. Just have some patience because It's going to be soo worth it when it gets here.
 
At the same time, if you are a certified company that sells gear, there should not be excuses like "oh, we're new to this." A business is a business, people deserve their shit on time.
 
yeah thanks man. i mean obviously we should cut the company some slack, but like. on the site it said, "All preorders shipped december 23!" like... its jan. 12 and they havent shipped yet..
 
I also made a pre-order, in october. The hoodies have been delayed, and are supposed to ship this week. This is a super-impacient post but, has anybody gotten shipping confirmation?
 
I haven't gotten mine yet...I'll prolly wait till Friday until I get depressed again.

But my friend who lives in CO says he is going to pick his hoodie up in a bit..sooo I am assuming they got them? But don't take my word for it.
 
to the OP.

lets think about this for a second. your problem is with first drop, and their shipping times.

first, is newschoolers in any way affiliated with ns? no. so then why go to ns to ask this question. an email to first drop, a call to them, a pm to them on here would all make a hell of a lot more sense than just making a thread about it, that may never even be seen by the company you have an issue with. after attempting to contact first drop, give them a reasonable amount of time to respond. (at least 36 hours).

second, if you havent received your stuff AND first drop isnt answering, perhaps others havent received their producte either. so go up to that handy dandy searchbar up in the upper right, and search around, see if anyone else has had the same issue. 9 times out of ten, someone else will already have brought it up, or first drop will have addressed the issue.

if, after having exhausted these options, you still have no idea where your stuff is, at that time it would be appropriate to make a thread on the matter.

everyone who ordered anything before X-mas should have already gotten it. If you haven't, let us know by email.
If you "pre-orderd" a hoodie, they will be arriving around Feb 18th and will ship out right away.
The new hoodies will be the correct sizing etc.
If anyone wants to exchange their current hoodies for any reason, we would be happy to pay for shipping both ways, and send you a new size/color when the new ones come in.
Just email bill.shrum@gmail.com with the name/email the order was placed under and he will email you a free return waybill you can stick on the box. Just put a note in with it saying what you want to exchange it for.
With the hoodies, it doesn't matter if you've worn it or washed it, or destroyed it. Just send it back for a brand new one of any size/color!
 
Agreed, I got a refund for my pants the second the package was delivered to Boulder. Customer service is going to keep this company going until the quality is up to par. I will definitely keep an eye on First Drop in the future.
