Well I hate to be stereotyping a generation but alot of my friends spend money like wild. Loads of bitches from school, always complaining about how the have no money. Well if you stop spending it on buds and alchohol and shit you didn't need you might have some money. I'm one of the few people I know still using a flip phone, and I don't even text with that shit. Sparknotes: most kids don't save nowadays.

Lol shit. On the other hand if you do work hard, save, and spend wisely, it's totally achievable depending on the cost of living in your area.

If you have a good oven Roasts are epic. Just take a bunch of hard veggies like carrots, celery, potatoes, onions add olive oil and salt and pepper. Rosemary if you want and roast at like 400 for an hour really can't overcook them unless you leave them in for like 20minutes to long. Toss in a Chicken breast or some pork tenderloin and boom you can have yourself a really tasty healthy meal in an hour it only makes 1 dish besides your cutting board and plates.
Get yourself a big pot and make yourself pasta sauces its so much cheaper then buying premade. I just buy a bunch of crushed/diced tomatoes some tomato paste. Toss in some veggies and spices. Italian sausage is also really good but cook it first. Freeze a few batches of that or make noodles add sauce and then freeze some pre-made dinners.
Pre-cooking your meals will make it that much easier to keep eating healthy and very cheap. If your living by yourself you should have plenty of room in your freezer to store at least a weeks worth of food.
Also another thing to be careful of is buying in bulk. Sometimes its a great idea and can save you tons of cash specially for things like toilette paper and laundry detergent but other things you don't save a lot you run out of room and then wind up wasting or throwing things away.

So yeah the apartment is about 70 m² and i´m moving into it with my friend, the rent is about 500e per month but we share it so it´s 250e each. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, and a toilet, so it isnt that big haha

How are you going to do dishes? A drying rack and drain board are key if there's no dishwasher.
Garbage and recycling bins, plastic bags to go in each. Compost bin if that's your thing.
