Fireworks CS4 help

So I'm design a website with Fireworks, and trying to figure out how to make a clickable button. I have googled it and what not, and cant find anything. I want to be able to click the "contact" tab and bring up the contact page... how do I do this?! Thanks.

i havent used fireworks in a while, or even done any website stuff in a long time (not to mention that i only know somewhat basic web design) but wouldnt you add something like the html line tab image code ?
