Finding a place in silverthorn from decemeber on.

Me and a friend really want to go to silver thorn for december through the spring. does neone if any landlords lease on a monthly bases instead of typical one year agreements or if its even possible to find a place once the seasons started?
 
its pretty dang tough to find a good place / price during the season. And almost all places are 6-12 month leases....very rarely have I hever seen a month to month agreement anywhere. It took me about two months to find a good place when I moved to breck in late january.
 
the population of silverthorne triples in the winter, starting around october....you'll be lucky to find a good place by december...if youre coming, come early, or expect to live with 6 other dudes in a 3 bdrm house for 500 a month...and thats cheap...good luck!
