a multi-day storm in vail that seems like it wont ever stop. it's taken until april for the season to get going, but at least it happened eventually.
35 inches in the last 48 hours including 15+ since closing yesterday and it's still coming.
oh, and I-70 is closing today for several hours in both directions for avalanche control, so nooooobody is going to be able to get here from the east to ski it. private pow day for the locals, so sick.
anybody else getting first chair and heading back to blue sky/east vail to drop cliffs?
 
I know, and I still have another paper and a test to do :( I'm gonna miss the whole storm for study time.
 
i knew this was gonna happen. the snow always comes. just had to wait a little bit. its good though. got all the holiday gaper bullshit out the way. freshies for all
 
i skipped class today to go to winter park...not as much snow as vail but still a blast...drove up last night to avoid any traffic and closures
