FINAL WEEK! Help me, NS!

For any of you who didn't catch my previous thread, I'm an electro house DJ out of Las Vegas and I NEED YOUR HELP! I entered a contest to win the opening time slot on the main stage at a big Halloween event here in Vegas and NS has been super supportive since I first promoted my mix here in NSG about a month and a half ago. We're in the final week of the competition with voting ending on Friday and I'd really appreciate help getting a final boost to the finish! I've talked to a few people involved with the contest and they've told me I'm high up in the voting, so some help from you guys really could help push me into first!

Thanks to everyone who's voted so far and who's been supportive of my mixing... going from playing backyards and basements to warehouses and clubs in just over a year has been a trip and all the vibes have been huge!

Here's a huge difference between hearing a set live and listening to a recorded mix- in live sets, songs tend to not seem quite as long since you're typically dancing the whole time and the DJ is constantly moving and doing stuff to the sound, while with recorded sets, you usually don't have all the environmental distractions that come with a live set, so you notice the length of songs, build-ups, etc. I'm glad you like the mix, though!

As for the "meh" comment about electro house, hey, not everyone digs electro. I've made my name locally by playing electro, but my live sets include electro, house, tech house, techno, minimal, and dubstep depending on where I'm at, who I'm playing for, and the time of the night. Give me a bunch of hippies on acid and I'll spin techno and minimal all night... a bunch of SoCal and Vegas ravers and it'll be electro and dubstep. You just need to keep the context in mind- this kinda music in a Vegas nightclub will be badass.
 
Next time I'm in Vegas, I'll make sure to check you out! (As long as you're still performing there)!

That might be one of my last dates as a Vegas resident- I'm looking to stay here through next summer and fall to play the pools and Halloween gigs, then head to Cali for 2012. I'm hoping for San Fran, but LA is a little more realistic.
Also, I'm trying to put together a month-and-a-half, possibly two-month tour next summer, so if anyone wants to see me play their local small hippy festival, GET ME INFO! I'm looking for any kind of festival- small or large- and want to play for the people who've been so supportive over the past year and a half (you guys), so shoot me some info, I'll check it out, and if it looks do-able, I'll contact the organizers and take it from there.

THANKS, NS!!! I'm flippin stoked! Next weekend's going to be crazy- I'm playing a set Thursday, Friday, and two sets Saturday night! It's fucking nuts how quickly this has all blown up...
 
Super duper job, team. Wambat, when you have a chance, make an NS mix, like a 5 minute long perfect powder run mix. please.
