Final cut pro help!

hey ns i have a few questions for you final cut users.

first of all i cant seem to export right to vimeo, i filmed on my t2i at 1280 x 720 at 60p

i never conformed the shots to 24p

i tired a few times and ever time it got to vimeo it was really bad quality and choppy and cant even see it.

if you know how to export this correctly to vimeo let me know!

Also my project says media is offline even though the clips are saved to the computer, how do i recconect them?

https://vimeo.com/help/compression follow these settings and the quality shouldnt be bad at all...And in fcp, rightclick on the clip you want to reconnect and there will probably be an option for that if I remeber correctly and then you will be able to search it up in finder... You can also trie to restart the program...
 
this has happened to me a bunch of times. Final cut autosaves, so all you need to do is look up in the searchbar on your computer "autosave vault" and click the latest one. You should be good then
 
I have tried to reconnect my files for like a hour now and still can't do it... I have to start over or something Becuase I need the clips Ito locate even though there in iMovie , really mad about this
