Final cut crop help!

No idea why it enetered before i even started typing.. weird. but,
when editing in final cut when i crop the top and bottom of the video by ten when i exported it didnt fit the vimeo sides and i am not sure why.. i googled it and could find anything... heres a example.. not looking for a crituge just looking for help on the crop as you can see in the video!
