How to u make the pics that show the entire sequence? With a tri-pod vid cam and then do the frames? and how would u do it, with a program or something? Please, someone help me out here.

unless you shoot your video in frame or progressive scan you won't get a clear image. you need a still camera that shoops like 10fps

I've heard 8 fps is really good for sequences. My friend has a Digi Cam from Sony and he has 7.5 fps, 15 fps, and 30 fps. 15 is low quality video, 30 is high, so 7.5 is best.
