I hate how hard it is for my friends to film something good. I tell them where to stand/ride and then all they have to do is follow me with the camera, then I go back and look at the shot and I am lucky if I get one of my skis and maybe part of my hand. Like I don't understand how it's that hard for someone to film. Like I'm not asking them to film me skydive into mordor. Sometimes I wish you could film yourself and not look gay.. But idk. I guess I shouldn't judge them. Maybe they wrists are broken from falling to much on their snowboards? What pussies.

Use a really wide angle lense. It makes it easy for sub par filmers to get good shots.

I do. And its easy. I hit the gym like 10 times a day so i'm ripped and the ten pound glidecam feels like nothing. hahaha jk. i know pro filming is hard but i just dont want the camera pointed at the sky.

get a tripod and a remote. so you can setup the camera, and use a remote to start/stop the video. and then just keep hiking till you get the shot

Same with pictures. You can take a picture of the angle, show it to them, set the camera up get everything ready and some how there's some ridiculous shot where at best part of you is in the frame and you're like WUT?
