Same here, I've always just filmed with GoPros and iPhones but I wanna step it up to a big camera. Getting shots with a zoom lenses and tripods looks so fun

Looking for a film camera to take photos and videos. Very beginner mostly for b roll purpose.

a6300/gh3..more info on budget and what you want to shoot are helpful

200 isn’t enough for anything worth ur while imo. Might aswell just get a plug in or filter that makes ur digital footy look like film

I got a 200$ camera that's called Sony Cx-405 and I think it's super duper dope to film with. No pics unfortunately. Go check out my profile my last video was entirely filmed with it

Canon AE-1 Program and Canon Sure Shot are both very easy to use and not too expensive for still photos (both have their pros and cons depending on your skill level and what you're looking to shoot)

Obviously if you are a total noob and don't really care about how the photo turns out just stick with disposable cameras

They still make those? Wow! The last time I used one was in 2005/6

Im getting ready to sell a pretty pristine Panasonic GH4. If you dont know about this camera... do some research and you'll see why Shane McFalls used it to film the majority of the traveling circus videos

not sure what film cameras take videos...

But for film photos, get an old minolta and a bunch of lenses for a couple dozen USD$
