Fill me in on the slc

I currently live in bozeman and ski big sky. I am need to decide if I am going to stay here or transfer to the U of utah in the spring of 2010. Please give me any new guy type info to make my decision easier. Are there buses in SLC that take you to the resorts, are there multi resort passes, what are the scenes like at the mountains etc. +k for usefull info. Thanks

public transportation is pretty good. the bus/trax will take you from all over slc to alta, snowbird, solitude, or brighton.
