pretty happy none of those things would ever happen at fenway though. it's the character of the park. it's not comfortable, the views aren't always great, and it lacks basic conveniences that every other major stadium have, but that's why people from around the world come to see it. It's unique.
I work security at the place, and i've gotten to know it in and out, and if you think the fan areas aren't in good shape, you should try going down inside where fans don't go. The only comfortable places in the park are the visiting/home dugouts and clubhouses.
