Pretty much brand new, used about 4-5 times.

Offer me, will probably take it.

Thanks.

No lowballs plz

Reason: buying panasonic 7-14

Having no front filter threads makes the lens speed irrelevent since you'll have to stop down to f22 unless you have internal NDs on an MFT camera (af100). It's a shame because optically its a good lens, but they shit all over it by not integrating filter capabilities.

Also consider that you'd be crazy to shoot UWA without any filter on the front. I don't know what Panasonic was smoking when they designed that lens...

Noob question, what filter would you put on that lens if you could? Idk if i explained that well, hope you get my question

What if you're wanting to shoot with a shallow dof?(with something like a 50, obviously not 11-16.), at f/2.8 you'd need to have a shutter of 1/8000 on a bright day, even that might be overexposed.

Don't do it. I owned that lens for a year and like Landis said the lack of filter threads makes it essentially useless for filming skiing. If it was sunny out I would have to shoot at like f22 and 1/500 and the footage would look terrible. I tried to build a filter holder for it but it vignetted up to around 10mm anyway, so I decided fuck that and bought a nikon mount 11-16. The Tokina is a nicer lens overall anyway. I like the extra weight since the GH2 is so light on a Glidecam, and the character of it is just much more pleasing. The Panasonic lenses have a very harsh, clinical look to them IMO.

ND .09 filter, maybe two even. That way you can get the proper exposure while maintaining optimal aperture and shutter speed without having to stop all the way down to f/22 or crank your shutter and make your footage look like a video game.
