I have a brand new pair of skullcandy icons. They dont have plates for the sides so they are white but still look sick. They had pink because i won them in a comp that was for brestcancer. asking 2o shipped in the US.

warrenty will cover for sure.
even when i smash mine they send me new ones so if its defective the warrenty will 100% cover it

you go to their site and then to the warrenty page.
when it says defective or you broke yor product say defective.
They will send you an RMA number. you take that number and put it on a package and send your headphones to them. then they replace them usualy.
those are my rough directions.
it takes awhile tho. I sent some in like three weeks ago and havent gotten them back yet but they confirmed that they would send me new ones like a week ago.
if you just go to their site and do the warrenty form they will send you more insturctions.
