FD outerwear

gear talk, but there quality used to be bad but has gotten much better. All the sizes are tall and the jackets are super warm
 
their old stuff (up until this year) had terrible quality. thats something to keep in mind when buying used. but they make some dope looking stuff and im sure you will find it a pretty legit company
 
I have 100+ days on their outerwear, and absolutely zero complaints. I have 2 of their hoodies, and again, zero complaints. My reversible one is warm enough to wear as a jacket most days, and the new grey/blue one has an awesome fit. both really high quality.

The only complaint I have, is that I lost one of my FD beanies, and it was a favorite of mine.
 
they are the #1 clothing brand amongst 8-14 year old kids whose parents are letting them pick out their own jacket for the first time.
 
I got a v4 jacket, XL tall and it is pretty big even on me (6"2) almost down to my knees! Super warm and well made! No complaints yet!
 
i got a first drop hoodie 3 winters ago i think The zippers on the pockets got destroyed within weeks, they just kinda fell apart but other than that it's super warm!
 
Our Octo and RevTek hoodies are MUCH improved this year, they have HUGE #8 zippers. Why didn't you send in your hoodie for warranty? We would have replaced it / fixed it for free within the first year or so.
 
I didn't really think about it haha. It didn't really bother me enough to send it in. I don't use those pockets for anything anyways so it doesn't really matter.

But just goes to show you that FD cares a lot about their customers!

I plan on buying a pair of v3 pants from you guys very soon!
 
Gotcha, it was the pocket zippers, eh? Yeah, those were kind of shitty on our old hoodies. Much improved this year. We stand behind everything we make so in the future so let us know!
 
I just went with a black coat and it's pretty ill. I'm not a fan of the clown suits that some people prefer, however. My favorite feature is the zip-off sleeves. I use my coat as a vest almost daily. The quality is great, as well. I don't understand why people complain about it. I have a V3 coat and I've skied it every weekend since ski season started and I have no complaints. Keep it up FD, and don't ditch the zip-off sleeves!
