has anyone ever done an exchange before cuz i shipped my coat back like 2 weeks ago and they havent fucking said anything yet, whats up with them?! +k for help
 
ya i sent them like 6 emails and ive tried to contact them on ns and fb but no response and no phone #
 
hmm, when i got an exchange they were really fast and responded quickly

thats their phone hours and number, try and call and leave a message, usually they respond to those quicker
 
yea i did an exchange because the shit didnt fit me and i got it back in max 2 weeks from shipping it back to my doorstep and they always responded to my emails in 24 hours idk whats going on
 
same experience for me. did you make sure the item you wanted / size in exchange was still available on the website?
