hey, everyone out there, what's your favorite trick? Why? is it a 180, or a 1080, is it a railslide, or just a safty grab? please let everyone know your favorite trick.

I love switch 360's and 180 safety or tail grabs.

They are so smooth and I dunno...just feel good! You can put alot of style into tricks like those.

i like a big back flip mute grabs....and i also like big 540's....

my fav to do is just a huge jap air or 360 jap air... fav to watch is a crossed d spin...

but there is no better or, nicer feeling that doing a fucken huge backflip mute and tweaking it till u hit yourself in the head with your skis.

 
slow 180's and zero spins are my favorite tricks, just cause they look and feel so damn good. pisses me off that you can't throw em in contests and even expect a decent score.

CARVE 540s by far. Done well they are extremely smooth, not to mention cutting edge. How many skiers do you see carving off the jump these days. I can tell you this much, you're gonna see a lot more soon.

i like the feeling of lawndarts and zero spins. oh and you cand score well with a zero spin. atleast in the stupid dd scoring system. a zero is equal to a 720 in difficulty.

 
MY favorite might be Jon Olsson doin a cork 900 with a toxic grab. He puts so much style into it its sick. Also a huge tweaked out back flip mute grab is amazin too

 
im not sure where you can get it but the judges had it at the nationals. its the system where you either have to name the trick before you do it ( which is gay) or there is a judge that decides what the trick is and what the difficult is. lemme see if i remember. it goes from 1 to 5.5 and its the multiplyer just like arials.

1.0-straight airs( twisters, spreads, grabs)

1.5-180

2.0-360, switch 180

2.5-540, switch 360, front flip, backflip, sideflip

3.0-720, switch 540, zero spin, cork 540

3.5-900, switch 720, cork 720,switch front, switch back

and i forget the rest. but you get the point. maybe you can download the judging manual somewhere

 
um on the Jump guid thing u only get .5 for a grab and 1 for a 3 and 1's and switch ones1. its reealy mesed up it said that u have to do a switch 1440. or a switch D-spin9 to get 5 points maby a switch D-spin9 but a switch 1440 would just look Gay!!

yeah a 1440 and switch '180 to misty 720' is worth 5.5. but you cant go below 1 for dd

I think a 180 is way more difficult and more stylie that a 360 or switch 180. Landing switch is harder than taking off switch and landing forwards. 360s are the easiest spin to do.

I think 360s are the easyest after u landed your first one but they take longer to land then 180's

i agree 180's are harder than 3's. especially if you go super big. thats why that kinda scoring sucks. It should be just judge it on what you see. and thats why slopestyle is popular, cause you can mix it up with stylee and big tricks. Fuck big air.

 
um first of all there is no such thing as a corked 180, rember a cork is TWO distinctive of axis Spins so it would be imposible to land a real corked 180, its just called a off-axis 180 and there not that hard.
