I dunno, we're deep in the season right now and i thought it would be a cool thread. Right now my favorite street skater is Muska and vert is either Burnquist or Colin McKay.

i have lots of favorite skaters... rollerblading that is cuz skateboarding sucks..... anyone from the denial team (kelso's, majette, thompson) my NYC team (murda, halleran) of course cali (latimer, shima, petty)

well for tech no one could ever match rodney mullen, but rowley and reynolds has soooo much style, chad fernandez, jp ladd...

for vert bucky lasek, danny way, ah they are all freakin good.

i dont like rodney mullen just because his style is terrible, i know i am going to get shit for this. i like mike carol and kenny anderson 10x more than mullen even tho their only tech ability is only 1/4 that of mullen

also, I am really starting to love crazy ass gap skating. Jamie THomas is the king at this, and i have some pretty damned nice gaps around my appartment.

One is a river gap, it goes over this cement divider thing that is perfect for launching off of. its like 8 feet of a gap, and like a 3 foot drop.

A bunch of gaps over handrails, like 6 nice ones.

My top secret gap is at a school, and is a complete bomb drop. it is a 3 set you have to hit at an angle, than drop into a parking lot over some grass. like 10 feet long or so, and about 5 feet down. I havent tried it yet, but i have seen someone do it twice. pretty sick.

Suck it aggro_sk8, we've had this conversation before. Reynolds fucking rules, kenny anderson is also fucking king. mullens pretty dope,mad balance, clyde singleton, stevie williams, mark appleyard. The sweet ams i think are spanky long, evan herandez, joey poirez, greg lutzka and richie belton(last but not least).

tom penny is the man. nobody else can make it look as if they care less about skateboarding, and bust out the fattest, smoothest tricks over and over. the rest of the és team is pretty damn good as well.

i used to hate muska...just cause he was soo played out and i thought that he was all image and no skill. but after watching his segment in 'guilty' i have a ton of respect for the guy.... mccrank is also one of my favorites just cause he's from van.......

those skaters are in thps cuz they are the most influental and succesful skaters ever.

so it´s not weird if they are popular. liking doesn´t mean you´re a poser.

but to answer your question, most people posted others than those in thps.

like penny, ueda, appleyard, fernandez...
