I was always a extra sharp aged white cheddar guy, but the other day the wifey brought home some smoked gruyere... and holy moly am I in love.
You gotta try smoked gruyere people! I had it with crackers, in a bacon smoked gruyere meatloaf, and also in mashed potatoes. Damn is it good.
