Fat-ypus anyone? +++++K for help

So i broke my anthems today, they are totally destroyed so now i need a new pair of skis really fast!

I had a look at fat-ypus G-butter. Have anyone here tested them? how are they like? heavy? Flex? Durable?

I get them real cheap. If not these, what skis should i choose? I'm 6'3" tall, 80kg and want a mediumflexed ski. Not superstiff, not butterlike like the anthems i had. i want a poppy, light, mediumflexed ski. Thanks for help!

I dont own them so I can't give you perfect advice but from everything ive heard about the G-Butters they sound like they meet your criteria perfectly and if you can get them cheap thats even better

i owned a pair but never rode them. i had to give em away before ski season. but i can honestly say they are one of the lightest skis i have ever held in my hands. they are a good medium - softish flex and my friend who know has them loves em. he says ythey hold up nice on jumps and are extremley durable. adam delorme skied on them in refresh and if you watch the abuse he puts on them, and they only had some topsheet chips. they were still in prime condish after i got them from adam even though he slayed em for like 3.5 sessions at windells and all of the level one spring shoots. hope that helps.

yeah i am jakes buddy i can say that after riding his for a few runs i am sold. and jakes have always been mad durable

Adams been riding G-butters for about 3-4 years now and he's had nothing but good things to say about them.

iv heard there a realy underated ski, that performs great!

i would go with them or the threats, they seem to fit your criterea maby a lil more all mountain but there soposidly great for park!

how are they flex wise compared to an invader or anthem? stiffer? close? do they have the flex more like k2s that are stiff under foot then really soft in the tips and tails? or are they more like an anthem w/ a smooth consistent flex through the ski? also, anyone now where recommended mount is? bc i know they arent true twin.

sorry for all the questions, thanks!

I havent skied anthems, but I would say the g-butters are a little stiffer than the anthems, but not stiff by any means. They have anice even flex through the ski so you can tip/tail butter super well. And there are a few recommended mounting points but i mount mine dead center and they ride like butter

cool thanks. if i cant scoop up a pair of lizzies this year, ill need to find a replacement. and w/ the anthem and lizzies gone next year, im trying to find something similar
