Pretty sure peeps get that. They're just sounding off on what they ski. Still relevant. If ya want opinion I really think its just a matter of style. With a narrower ski you can get way more technical with switches, grabs, etc. With a fat ski it's more of a surfier, floatier style. Way less tech. Feels cool doing long, no change grinds or big floaty 3s or even just straight airs. Sure I get the crazy stares from the A-banger kids when I lap the park on my opus'. I even catch the occasional snicker or "he thinks it's ten feet of pow" comment, but I really don't give a crap what peeps think. I'm not skiing to impress them. I'm skiing because I enjoy it and I feel like a fatter ski just suits my style better. Got no hate for traditional park skis. Those kids are progressing the sport. I just gotta do what's fun for me and right now fat is where it's at. Once ya go fat you'll never go back. Haha.
