Fat Tubes

So I've been using a 6 in, 12 foot long pvc tube since my setup has been functional. But it's a little too short. My ideal rail would be 12 inches in diameter, and 14-16 feet long. Like a millitube. Those are the shit.

I'm having such a hard time finding any pvc with a diameter in that area. Where do you get these? I have a feeling it's going to be expensive. Am I going to have to resort to stealing from a construction site?

If you really want to buy you can hit up stores like Noble (only in Canada), or you could ask construction workers where they got their stuff from, there will probably be at least one business close by that will stock that kind of stuff, they usually only sell in bulk to contractors and that kind of stuff so you might not be looking in the right place.

So I build a rail that's not a fat tube, but it's a start.

6" x 10ft PVC

2x10 10ft

2(2x3 10ft)

2(2x4 10ft)

1(4x4 8ft)

put the 4x4 supports in the bottom of 2x10, then,

you make a crib for the pvc to lay in like this- |_|

with 2x10 on bottom, and 2x3 on sides long ways up

screw from bottom and sides into PVC

finish the base and cross supports (from the basic tutorial in this cult)

and you're done!
