i want to get EP's, but im afraid theyll blow on minnesota ice. anyone have any opinions on how they are on ice? my lizzies dont really have an edge to them, so im used to skis being shitty on ice anyway.
I ride some Unity's all day everyday. 190 Saucers (130 underfoot).
I like them a lot when I get to the park, they're symmetrical so riding switch is cake, but its a lot of weight to throw around for bigger spins on smaller jumps and such. But I do find myself doing a lot of big ol' 180's and stuff. Its also a wider platform for landing and stability.
I have been skiing my EPs in the park this season. They are great for buttering and stuff, but on big jumps they actually catch wind too much, and they are a little too soft for my taste on hard landings. But I did not buy them for park so.
