But to answer your question I cant imagine it being easy to blow out a knee but I did manage to fuck up my ankle on a pair. I went to hit a rail and my front SkiBlade went under it (it was only a few inches off the ground with a support on the end) My blade caught and I was rag-dolled to the ground. I already had a torn acl in this knee at that point and it surprisingly didnt hurt my it
