Capleton has some extreme stuff like that, but his voice gets kinda annoying in some songs. like annoyingly unbearable. But stuff off his new album is really good like Love the Ghetto Youth, Gwaan Fight them, and That Day Will Come.
but you could check some of Sizzla's songs like Smoking Herbs, Trust and Love, and Do Good Everytime. those are all good and prolly pretty easy to get ahold of.
