I saw a Hollister jacket with the same flannel design I think but the jacket itself is different than in the OP.
 
its been posted and reposted over and over so no one has any idea where it came from. I also think the image is edited a lot so the image search isn't able to find the original image.
 
Couldnt find anything either, woolrich makes jackets similar to this though, maybe its one of their old ones
 
Looks like an older Sitka piece, Sitka and Holden are the only 2 companies I can think of that have drawstrings like that.
 
I have actually been on this companies website and have seen the jacket, from what I remember they're from Seattle, hope that helps.
 
I have a jacket like that, except the color is navy blue. I got it off PLNDR for 30$. The brand is choclate i think ,i can try to find it and post pics if you want.
