Falling Correctly...

Now I searched and didn't find, but how would you fall correctly?

I know i know, dont fall at all, but most of us aren't that perfect, so what would you say is the best way to fall when the time comes...

Cause I fell and couldn't walk for a day, so now I'm stretching like mad everyday...

Also ways to prevent further injuries etc.

Don't try to stop yourself until you've ran out of speed. Thats how alot of injuries occur. If you can just land with your body together as long as the impact isn't too great, then you should be alright. This avoids those gnarly twisting/pulling injuries.
 
The only time I really get hurt falling is if I under rotate and land sideways or hit a rail or something. If you know you're gonna bail just let it happen, and if its on the landing you should be fine. Stretch before and after every sess to.
 
if you overshoot, take the impact with your legs and land on your side. if you overrotate, land on your side, dont try to stomp andmake sure your edges don't catch because thats how i ended my season
 
few thins to keep in mind 1) make sure you never land on your down hill edge.to avoid body wip lash 2) keep your arms in. to protect the shoulders 3) high speed sliding. keep your feet off the ground to protect the knees 4) tight boxers to avoid nut lash 5) keep your tongue in your mouth6) dont be a hero
 
better believe dat shit!

i tried to stop my rotation by stompin and a blew my manhizkiss up. so just ragdoll and youll be straight
