woo will be there. be prepared to be bitched at by the employees for "damaging" their equipment by jumping on the tramp. never fails, someone is always bitching at me.
oh well stoked!
When I was discussing the possibility of a private session, one of the employees mentioned how it was strange how we skiers and snowboarders move all over the trampoline when we use it. I then pointed out that moving only three feet laterally in the air is pretty narrow compared to being able to carve twenty or thirty feet on a big jump. She seemed to understand.
do u guys ever hit up sky high? how is the metropolitan place compared to that? im guessing there is a better trampoline, but is there just one? It would kind of suck to pay a lot of money and have to take turns for 2 hours with like 30 kids. but yeah, just looking for more info. thanks!
Metropolitan has a single gymnastics tramp and a tramp floor. Obviously, fewer tramps than Sky High, but we can actually pad the surrounding and there's real airtime for floating out tricks.
Sure, we have to share the tramp, but it'll be nice to feed off each other's tricks and see people again before season starts. It's not like you spend the whole hour you're tramping jumping up and down.
We had the same issue, but they were kind enough to offer a refund after shutting us down. Nice to talk with chill people. Apparently, it'll be about a month or so before everything is working perfectly again.
theyre not too bad, the owners have had a disposition against us and boarder in the past however. did they say if were able to come back once they replace the springs?
Kudos for recycling an old thread instead of making a new one. Bravo.
And this sounds great. We should try to do some midwinter ones too, maybe pick a constant date (third sunday night of each month or something) and use that.
