its all about turning your torso all the way around so you can see better and keeping a wide stance helps a little my feet allways v out to, just practice at the end of runs or on easy slopes and you'll get it, good luck

 
when you ski switch I find if you stagger your skis a little it helps. I spin over my left shoulder so I look over that shoulder. SO when im going switch I put my right ski Further down the hill. Helps me I hope it helps you.

to turn, I just kinda imagine I am skiing forward, and angle my knees and stuff exactly the same as I would if I was goung forward.

try straight lineing some flatter stuff, its fun and very helpful, then you can get tot he black D's and then tuck them switch, so fun.
