Having one made for you with someone else's name/using someone else's ID is risking fraud charges. I would hope this would go without saying but use your own name and birthday and address on your Fake ID. If the bouncer questions you you can show a credit card as a second form and it will be easier to remember your address and middle name and all that BS.

If you get caught with someone else's ID, or a fake by the police you are looking at misdemeanor or felony charges in almost all cases I believe. Bouncers just confiscate them.

really the only way to get a quality fake id is if you know someone who does it personally. Don't trust people over the internet. And if you are trying to get one for college, you honestly don't need one if you're not trying to go to bars. Getting alcohol is easy.
