every company has to have some cuz every now and then someone will screw up, and they are the best skis to buy, who cares if there is a little scratch on the topcoat or the graphic is a little off. The question is why wont companies sell them to you I know that they would rather have you buy the more expensive ones, but I wont. WHAT do they do with them!!

They keep them around and sell them to friends or whatever... give them to employees. Friend of mine got a pair of orig armadas new for like 80 bucks a couple years ago cause the graphic was fucked. They sell them, though not to just anyone.

give them to their smaller skiers. Give them to people who work for them.

and it's also a liability problem for them. If they sell a inproperly built ski and the person gets injured from it, then the company is screwed.

there is a guy in my town who makes chairs and coat racks and shit out of skis. the chairman of the bords is what he calls himself. he buys them by the truck load for cheep as hell. i almost cried the first time i saw a chair made out of brand spanking new pe's. but he can't sell them for use because of liability and shit.
