was looking at their catalog for this year and I think its the same as the candide 2.0? should I cop or no. i loved my candide 2.0s so really tempted to get them

Yeah its the exact same as the CT 2.0. Same mount point (-3 from center), construction, etc according to faction. I think just a little stiffer. I'm getting mana 2s this year cause I love my CT 3s but 112 is a little much for a daily.

Mana 2 and 3 are the same as the 22 CT 2.0 and 3.0. Both are the same shape as the 21 CT versions but much lighter as the 22 and 23 versions no longer have the sheets of metal underfoot and use lighter carbon sheets instead. Similar flex from 21 to now though.

If the CT was 20 or older, the 21 and newer versions all have stiffer tips/tails but similar weight to the lighter 22 or 23 versions.

The Prodigy line now has a more similar flex pattern to the 20 and older CT lines with soft tips tails and stiffer underfoot.

I rode the mana 3s and got really sad. They are very bad compared to last years CT3.0s which are my favorite ski to date. Not sure if 2s are the same but I'd personally try them before buying. I was a huge fan of the original 2.0s when it was 135-102-135 and softer. Seems the Season Kin is the closest thing to it I have found.

That was the last CT2 that was worth a damn. Mid-fat, symmetrical and softer flex…

shame about the Mana 3… you are comparing them to the 21/22 CT3, I am guessing? (White with green/orange branding)

truthfully i was talking about the 2017 2.0(135-102-135) shape looked decent but really looking for a good mid fat all mountain/park ski similar

Ya exactly. The white green orange one is flames. Mana a bummer. Couldn’t agree more about the ol 2.0 as well.

Yes exactly. The year they got it right
