Facebook Timeline

I've had mine for 3 months because im the developer of an app, I seriously dont see how Facebook views this as an improvement
 
this is so fucking stupid, there's no need for that drastic of a change, i feel like they just changed it like a month ago
 
How does this actually have a point..........side note, I love how every time there is a facebook change, people bitch about it ON FACEBOOK for about a week then get over because they know they will always come crawling back
 
People do this because the idea of facebook is such a good one, people want facebook but just because they like the social networking system doesnt mean they have to like the changes made to it.
 
im still mad about the last one, now every time someone makes a comment or likes a picture it comes up on my news feed. I don't wanna see a picture from 2 years ago that someone liked today
 
At least in Europe you can demand them to completely delete all of your data and send a copy of it to you on a DVD. This cat from Netherlands (if I recall) did this and was delivered a DVD with a 1200 page PDF of information of his Facebook activities... and he had only been on there for a little over a year.

However I also doubt that they actually delete anything.
 
Nah, this doesn't help at all. Unless somehow its in your apps, which it is not in mine. Couldn't find much help til I went to their forum and it seems once you put it in place, there is no going back. Hopefully that changes.
 
Is there any way to make your cover a picture of you that someone else uploaded? Mine's only giving me options of pictures I uploaded
 
I think it looks cool, but I don't like that everyone can so easily look back to my posts from a long time ago. Especially now that my mom has a facebook. Is there a way to upgrade but then get rid of the whole 2006,2007,2008 thing?

I hear if you deactivate your account for 30 minutes it defaults back to the old page. However, I also hear its rolling over to the timeline for everyone eventually =\
 
If you really never want your Facebook back, change the email to some random one, and just mash on the keyboard for the password. Voila no email password recovery
