everyone has a few facebook "friends" who clain themselves photographers. Their mom bought them a t2i or an other popular reflex on special at best buy and now they shoot away on auto and call themselves photographers.

Anyways we all know you have some of those friends: example John smith photographer. Post some examples of their shitty pictures.

not sure if the second gem worked, but go at it guys lets see some hot headed automatic shooters up in hure!

I can't fucking stand those people. Every 17 year old girl and their mother is a "photographer" these days.

people who post mirror pictures in sepia or something annoy me so much. especially when its a guy.

lollerskates

ingredients

1. Point and shoot camera, take picture of anything. LITERALLY anything.

2. Put on computer EDIT PHOTO IN PREVIEW, SAY I USE PHOTOSHOP

3. Make Black and White. IM SO HIPSTER ARTSYSEANTOM

4. Write girl quote in cursive in MS Paint. IM SO DEEP

that and people who think because something in the background is out of focus its art. RAAAAAAGE

if the only place a "photographer" uploads their photos is facebook, thats a dead give away

some fat ass from my town took this, I'll spare his other "work" the humiliation of this thread

I think the part that makes me lol even more about it is the consistently terrible use of watermarks.

I'm not known for my use of text either, but seriously, if their photos are gonna be complete shit, they should at least try to create a decent watermark.

I dunno, I kind of Like what I saw, she knows what shes doing. now if its her photography profile and not her main name its fine by me.

hahaha. it is terrible, so many little freshman and sophomore girls think they are photographers around here...

this ones probably the worst though, i mean just look at the watermark

uhhhh i would like to say I'm a good photographer, I mean I'm in a college level photo class; but I post some of my stuff on facebook

are you kidding me? it had so much emotionnal depth! just take a second to analyse the facial expression on these perturbed toddlers; it speaks for itself! kids these days... wouldnt know photography if it hit them in the testicles.

That's actually cool to hear from another photographer. Yeah, its her photography profile, not her normal facebook. Out of all of the "photographers" on facebook, I actually think she could go places. Hell, she's already doing random shoots and people are paying for it. I'm jealous.

Honestly these people really piss me off. Especially like someone already said they'll take a picture with their t2i that their mom bought them and edit it poorly, smack a shitty watermark on it and call themselves a photographer.

Oh! Another one that pisses me off is soccer moms who also think they're "Photographers". I sell food at soccer events to pay for all my photography stuff. Countless times a mom will come up with a friggin 70-200 2.8 on a D7000 or even once a 5D mark II and I'll compliment them on it and try to talk photography if I'm bored or something. Every time they have no idea what they're talking about and the conversation ends with them saying something like "oh ya I just let the camera do all the work for me!"

/rant

and then they put thier pictire into like piknik and "edit " them and make them have words on it or they will auto correct the lighting and make the settings all fucked up

Link to this facebook page? Looks epic. Is that the location thrown across the top? and the CMP is the watermark? Truly epic.

its a god damm kids party and there are huge scary shadows in the picture making it look like they are being looked over by evil. you have to keep the intent in mind when shooting photos or else it just turns out like shit, which this did

the thing I hate even more is one my friend, when he is taking my camera (a simple d40) always try to get a tree, a leaf, or anything really close to the lens and put it out of focus and I always tell him it looks like shit, but he doesn't understand.. let me show you....

and is the first camera to record in full hd 1080p

(1920x1080 res)

it just made me lol so much. " best dslr EOS out(: " LOL WUT.

And his pictures are pretty bad...

Its her personal facebook page, so I'm not gonna link to it. I feel bad just putting that up there...but I've struggled with not opening my mouth and just let her do her thang.

For shits n giggles (not really, more like pulling my hair out)

In her defense, she takes some sick photos sometimes. Her problem is not picking out the select few that are great, she's gotta post all 200 and writes essays to any reply she gets.

cool idea, poor execution though. i never understand why people take the time to watermark and upload photos that are entirely out of focus...that's something people are supposed to be ashamed of, not proud of. to all shitty photographers out there: you don't HAVE to upload every single picture you take.
