Facebook "like" not protected by first amendment, judge rules

i hope it's appealed. finally we can get some precedents to protect employers from being super nosey.
 
Well that's the dumbest thing I ever read. Does the judge even know what facebook is? All interwebz activity should be covered under freedom of the press, since the Internet is essentially a virtual electronic printing press when you think about it.
