where is my shit? It's been long enough, you took the money out of my paypal on the 13th, it's now the 28th.
"what are you whining about now"and "it's not like you need them tomarrow"are not appropriate answers, this is the real world and you really have my 45 dollars. Replace the money into my paypal, this has gone far enough.

chill dude i bought somehitng from him also and he told me he was moving or somehitng so its been hectic, but hes shipping my stuff out monday. i think he just has a lot going on right now.
 
This is fine, and I would understand if it took him 5 days to ship, or even 10...he has told me twice that he was "shipping tomarrow" and both of these times I messaged him days later to find out he never sent the stuff. It's the principle, if he couldn't send it he should have told me it was gonna be a while, or he should have just left the money in Paypal, If I was moving and I wasn't going to be able to ship things, I wouldn't be taking people's money. I told him mutiple times that he could have put the money back into my acct without me making abig deal about it, but instead I get "what are you whining about now". This just isn't professional. I just want my money back, or my lens here in a hasty manner.
 
he knows what has been said, the point here is to get my gear or my money. If he really wants to make this tough i'd be glad to.
 
Hasn't the kid been called out before? Seems like every time that someone gets called out, they are "moving."
 
yeah i'm pretty sure he has been called out before and it ended up that he was just a really really slow shipper. but it definitely seems like a scam this time. that sucks that he's been such a dick.
 
I'm pretty sure this guy is legit, I bout some skis from him a little bit ago and hes moving back to colorado so he has no time I guess. His feedback is great, I've talked to him before and he seems like a really nice/legit guy. I'm sure hes not trying to scam you.
 
He has responded accordingly in the past when I messaged him, and I'm not acusing Cam of being a scammer, I just want his attention and for him to get off his ass and send me my shit.
 
I don't think your situation calls for a callout thread though, just get on his ass through messaging him a lot, if he doesn't do anything just get a hold of him through another device of communication.
 
Started with Paypal, began a dispute on Tuesday and told him he needed to have the cash back in the acct on Wed if he wasn't going to sell. No money in my acct, and only a obnoxious message that says "it's not like you need them tomarrow". This isn't how gear swap is supposed to go, now I don't have his phone number, and there is no other way for me to get in touch with him. Whether you think this is the right way to do it or not, it's the most effective way to get his attention. IMO.
 
Send not Sell....and if the mods want to delete this thread because it's not relevant enough, after I recieve my gear, more power to them.
 
went through with that this evening, he had promised they were going out today and the only response he gave me today was "what are you whining about now?" so I filed the claim, with a few screen shot documents. We'll see, it'd be nice if I could just have the lens in my hands and forget it all, I really don't want to be spending my time doing this.
