Exporting troubles

Hey guys, so I'm kind of new at editing and am having some trouble getting the best quality while exporting. I'm using Sony Vegas and am having troubles with what I think is called ghosting, as in the frames sort of blending together after I export.

My export settings are:

Frame rate: 24

Field order: none

Pixel aspect ratio: 1.000

Video Format: Sorenson video 3

Data rate: basic

Target rate, kbps: 2000

I had Premiere for a bit but then got a new hard drive and didn't really have to play around with the export settings to much to get a good final product but this is proving more of a challenge. Any help is appreciated!

if it was in premiere I would tell you to highlight the clips and uncheck frame blending. But hmm. I am not too sure. What camera are you using?

an actual clip of the video would be alot better than a still frame.

I'm using a t3i

Here is the edit. Before exporting when you pause the video it looks just like a single picture, but then after exporting it looks like that. I know its most likely just me not knowing how to export properly, I'd just like some help to fix it

What were your settings.

Shutter speed?

Frame rate?

720p at 60fps

Don't remember the shutter speed but I know I had it pretty high

definitely just looks like you have frame blending on.

Thanks guys! never knew there was such thing but just exported it again and it looks alot better!

First rule of editing: for the love of god never use frame blending.
