Expected re-opening of Timberline?

Hey Oregon pals,

I'm heading up to the Mt. Hood/Portland area around Oct. 16th for fall break and was wondering if any of the Hood resorts will be open by then.

Timberline will be open this weekend or the next for Palmer glacier riding (announcement tomorrow). I don't think you'll have much luck trying the other resorts.

Still no word from Timberline about tomorrow. Seems like they are stalling. Anyone have any more info?
