yea because i know that my habit is extremely psychological, the reason i cant quit is because i hate the feeling of having my nails touch things. the stimuli constantly makes me think about the fact that they're there and i have no use but to clip them off or bite them. and i was talking to one of my friends about it and she has the exact same problem. which makes me think it has something to do with the fact that we don't need nails anymore or we're crazy and have problems

A friend of mine who didnt eat ketchup or mustard on his burgers was hit by a bus and killed last year. Don't want to make light of his death, but it supports my argument so...
 
I think most people don't understand what evolution actually is; its not some sort of force that advances specific traits through generations, just because the animals want to pass them on, all it is is that those animals with more favorable traits survive longer and reproduce more frequently. It's actually probably the most simple scientific theory I've ever heard, it just gets a hell of a lot more complex when you get into more specific situations. I think homo sapiens have reached some sort of evolutionary milestone, because now anybody can survive to reproductive age and reproduce, due to modern technology, and the fact that more of the world resides in a post-scarcity society.

I feel like this though isn't really complete but I'm not sure what else to write.
 
There are actually many case studies that prove otherwise.A sudden change in environment can cause an entire variety of a certain animal to be wiped out.
