sup NS, im writing a paper for my college english class about how the sport of freeskiing has evolved from a participant and viewer standpoint... I have a general idea about what im going to talk about..

Invention of twintips

legends who pushed the sport

etc..

The first twin-tip ski was the Olin Mark IV Comp introduced in 1974. The first company to successfully market a twin-tip ski was Salomon Group, with their 1080 ski in 1997
 
Search "Jason levinthal" He had the first patent for twin tips. He was a big part of modern skiing as he started LINE skis and full tilt boots in his parent's garage in the 1990's.
