Evo hotel

Next door to Level 9's big downtown store, nice.

5 minutes to good entertainment via uber (vivint arena, concert venues, snowboarder bars, clubs, skateparks, restaurants)

10 minutes from airport

6 blocks to the ski resort shuttle stops (free for Ikon to canyons, like $2 or something for park city). Too many homeless camps to safely walk there tho, but could uber.

Seems like a very fine investment on their end. Wishing them the best. I'd certainly stay there if the price was right.

Evo is making moves they just announced they are opening a store at the old firehouse building at Snoqualmie.

This plan was hatched 3-4 years ago now? From what I remember, L9 owns the building, brought Evo in on the idea to invest which is tight considering they're technically competitors. Evo will have a store inside along with an indoor rock climbing wall and a upper-end hostel setup. So no, its far from an Evo Hotel as Evo claims but maybe the deal changed due to COVID. Who the fuck knows but its a nice improvement.

Also fun fact, the warehouse where this is all located used to be the filming location of Bull Beatdown. Basically L9 turned a decrepit disgusting old warehouse in a sketch area, into this gem.

the 9 never owned nor will ever own that building

we just paid cheap rent and kept it from falling apart and being taken over by the street peeps

i doubt evo invested all that loot to pay more rent

i think it may be theirs now

it came out nice though

Not to hate on evo, they've been legit through the years, but I wish they would fix their order / returns / staffing issues before doing random crap like opening hotels

LOLLLLL did you just make all this shit up in your head, you fucking idiot?

I work at that L9 next to it. The building is pretty nice, theres a skatepark running and a climbing gym being built also. The hotel rooms are small but decent set ups, idk what the price is for the different rooms though. Pretty funny having two ski/bike shops work right next to each other, but everyone is chill and no fights yet. L9 started here but definetly doesn't own the building.

Hi. I'm a little intrigued by this. I've seen a similar announcement somewhere before. Not bad. I have never been to this country, but I will certainly try to visit this hotel if anything. I have been to many hotels worldwide, as my family loves to travel. We have visited quite a few countries. And specifically, I have stayed in about a hundred different hotels throughout my life. However, even though I have been to many places, I have not found a better hotel than the one in my country (I am from Australia). In particular, I visited a 5 star hotel near me once and was amazed that I had never heard of it. So to anyone who is ever planning to visit Australia, I recommend this luxury hotel - sofitelbrisbane. Have a nice day!

Like that place, we stayed there a few weeks after the opening. Tbh, it's a cozy place to stay. Tastes differ, but the design is cool too. It reminds me of the hotel we stayed in Brisbane, the only ibis hotel near me. I love such hotels, 'cause only such they can give you the accurate atmosphere of the city, that's so nice. Btw, Brisbane is an awesome place. I tried kayaking for the first there. We traveled to Moreton island, and the voyage was amazing. You should also try a helicopter tour while visiting the city. I am afraid of height, but man, that stuff was outstanding when all the city is just like on your palm. It makes you feel like a bird flying high in the sky made of freedom (sorry for such an artistic explanation, but that's how I felt at that moment). Luckily the weather is fine there, so you won't need gallons of water to cool yourself
