Ever made a dreamachine?

I am considering making one of these, having a few friends over, and seeing what happens. I think it would be a cool thing to try with friends for a night and see what its like. Just wondering if anyone has either made one before and has tips or has experienced one. I saw that some people make goggles but thats not really what I would want to do, cause I want it to be with a group of people.

my friend has one, i personally didnt like the feeling but it made my eyes go fucking crazy! it felt like they were moving super quick inside my eye, and it felt wierd at the top. you should try it though.

check out a free program called gnaural. Its pretty cool. Ive had some pretty trippy "dreams" with it.

it wouldnt be too hard to make. 18 gauge steel, welder and plasma cutter would do the trick, then just make templates for the patterns
