Ever get odd looks/action wearing level 1?

i wore a level 1 shirt in florida one time, went into a restaurant, and this bus boy in there kept like holding up his finger (like when counting, 1) and saying level 1, and i was like its a ski movie company and he just kept on doing it. so i left cause that guy was being a douche. later, when we drove by the restaurant leaving, he was outside, noticed me driving, and started to do it again. i really didn't understand it.
