- BOSNIA / SLAV LAND

i can only answer for one region, Norway. pretty much anywhere along the west coast of norway gets snowfall just depends what latitude youre at because they also get a lot of rain. if youre far enough north or inland its all good. lyngen and lofoten are probably the most well known areas but karfjord and langfjordbotn are both awesome as well

i'm from germany today it's january 4th and there is no snow in austria pretty much the same.

I guess in France or in Swiss should be the most snow because there are the higherst mountains i think.

You didnt mention scotland on your list!

Sure, they arnt renowned for their snow cover but it looks like this right now:

Better than a lot of Europe at this time

you shouldn't divide the alps into countries, cause france, switzerland and austria do have a southside and northside which can be completly different. for example this year the north didn't get much snow yet...thinking about st.anton where it normally snows a lot when it' coming from he north. it all came from south (which means really warm wind for the north - föhn) so currently regions like southtirol, easttirol, upperengadin, ticino and several italian resorts get a lot of snow! i often experienced that it's either a north or a south winter, so currently it looks like this year the souther alpregions are the lucky ones.
