Was that a slopestyle, or a rail jam? Those jumps were SMALL. Er. I mean: THOSE JUMPS WERE small.

It was very slow snow...very slow...and while a few riders tried clearing the jumps it was pretty hard to get enough speed(many guys knuckling out) so most riders opted out of the larger sized hits.

It said on an article (I think on Freeskier.com) that the larger hits were closed off because of the wind, and thats why everyone was hitting the small side.

you couldnt hit the big side of the jumps in qualifying...they were closed because of wind and snow

you could in semis and finals but the speed was sketchy and a lot of people cased

that video was sick. i love the bridge rail and simon's handplant-cork thingy. damn i knew in my gut that i shoulda picked PK. i'm glad he did well.
